We were tasked with creating a typographic mark that reflected a chosen city’s airport key code. I selected the city of Melbourne, for which the key code is MEL. Once we had selected the word mark, we were to design a airport luggage tag that reflected the city as well as the typographic mark.

For this project, we created a typographic mark that was more representative itself of a certain aspect of the culture within our chosen city.
